ORDER - GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO REMAND; Defendant Monique Robinson has filed a Notice of Removal, removing this matter from state court to our court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff Orloff Property Management IN seeks a remand on grounds that only Ms. Robinson signed the notice of removal and there is no indication that Defendant Julian McNeil has consented to the removal as required. Plaintiff's Motion to Remand Dkt. #6 , which was timely filed within thirty days of the filing of the Notice of Removal, is therefore well-taken and is accordingly GRANTED. The case is remanded to the Washington Township Small Claims Court of Marion County, Indiana, under Cause No. 49K07-2301-EV-000267, for further proceedings.
