Filing 11 Order Dismissing Complaint, Providing Opportunity to Show Cause, and Denying Pending Motions - Plaintiff Marc Beren Reeder was convicted of a federal crime and is subject to a lifetime term of supervised release. Mr. Reeder's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons mentioned. He shall have up to and including June 19, 2023, in which to show cause why Judgment consistent with this Order should not issue. Mr. Reeder's motion for preliminary injunction, dkt. #9 , is denied. Mr. Reeder's ex parte motion to appoint the U.S. Marshal Service to serve the summons and complaint in this matter, dkt. #10 , is denied as unnecessary.
