Filing 7 ORDER DISMISSING CASE - On April 14, 2023, the Court screened Plaintiff Gabriel Whitley's complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). (Docket No. #5 ). Ultimately, the Court found that Mr. Whitley had failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and, thus, the Complaint was subject to dismissal for lack of jurisdiction. Mr. Whitley was provided through May 12, 2023, by which to show cause why judgment consistent with that Entry should not issue. Mr. Whitley did not respond. Mr. Whitley's claims are therefore DISMISSED for want of subject matter jurisdiction. Final judgment shall issue by separate entry. (Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. mail).
