ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS - Plaintiff filed this action in November 2022 and named the US Department of Transportation as the Defendant. In two pending motions, Defendant requests that the Court update the docket to reflect Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of Transportation, as the sole Defendant in this action.
