[See, e.g., Filing No. #13 at 1.] Further, some filings in this case refer to another defendant as "THG Holdings, PLC" and others refer to that defendant as "THC Holdings, PLC." [Compare Filing No. #1 -2 at 16 and Filing No. #13 at 2.] Due to this confusion, the Court ORDERS the parties to meet and confer regarding the proper names for these entities and, if appropriate, to file a motion to correct any errors in the case caption by May 26, 2023. ORDER - The Court ORDERS QVC to file an Amended Notice of Removal by May 8, 2023, which addresses the issues outlined in this Order and properly alleges a basis for this Court's diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff is reminded of her obligation to file a statement within thirty days of QVC's filing of the Amended Notice of Removal pursuant to Local Rule 81-1. The parties are advised that, to the extent the Amended Notice of Removal and the Local Rule 81-1 Statement reflect anything other than total agreement regarding any jurisdictional allegations, the Court will require the parties to conduct whatever investigation is necessary and file a joint jurisdictional statement confirming that all parties are in agreement with the underlying jurisdictional allegations before the litigation moves forward.
