ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR COURT ASSISTANCE - #7 Motion for Court Assistance is GRANTED to the extent that the Court confirms receipt of his 25-page complaint and explains that he need take no further action in providing additional copies of his pleading for the purpose of service upon the defendants. Mr. Brown's motion for Court's assistance, dkt. #7 , is granted to the extent that he shall have through June 16, 2023, to pay the remaining $52.00 balance of the filing fee, or to demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to pay this balance by filing a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis for the Court's consideration. If Mr. Brown moves the Court for in forma pauperis status, he must attach a copy of the transactions associated with his institution trust account for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The clerk is directed to send Mr. Brown a blank form motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis along with his copy of this Order. Once the filing fee for this action has been resolved, the Court will proceed to screening Mr. Brown's complaint. See Order for details. Signed by Magistrate Judge M.
