Filing 7 ORDER - On May 18, the Court ordered Plaintiff, Mark VandenBoom, to file an amended complaint or otherwise show cause why his complaint should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Dkt. 6. The Court gave Mr. VandenBoom a deadline of June 9. Id. at 2. That date has passed with no response. Given Mr. VandenBoom's pro se status, the Court will extend the deadline one time. Mr. VandenBoom is ORDERED to file an amended complaint or otherwise show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. See id. at 2-3. This must be done by July 7, 2023. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction without further notice.
