Filing 9 ORDER - On May 30, 2023, the plaintiff was notified that his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis could not be ruled on because he had not attached a copy of the transactions associated with his institution trust account for the 6-month period preceding the filing of this action. He was given through June 30, 2023, to either submit a copy of his inmate trust account statement or pay the $402.00 filing fee. Dkt. 6. That deadline has passed without response from the plaintiff. However, the plaintiff notified the Court on June 22, 2023, that his legal documents had been confiscated or lost. Dkt. 7. The plaintiff's deadline to either submit a copy of his inmate trust account statement or pay the $402.00 filing fee is extended to August 7, 2023. Failure to comply with this extended deadline will result in the dismissal of this action without further warning. The Clerk is directed to include a copy of dkt. #6 and the docket sheet for this case with the plaintiff's copy of this Order. Copies to Plaintiff via US Mail. Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J.
