ORDER DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - The court denies Mr. Marshall's pending motion to proceed in forma pauperis #2 as currently presented. Mr. Marshall shall have FOURTEEN DAYS from the date of this entry in which to renew his motion to proceed in forma pauperis by attaching a copy of his trust account's transactions for the preceding six months. Otherwise, in order to proceed with this litigation, Mr. Marshall must pay the entire $402.00 filing fee.
