ENTRY GRANTING MOTIONS TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING ORDER, DISMISSING COMPLAINT, AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Robinson's and McNeil's duplicative motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis without prepaying fees or costs (Filing No. #2 ; Filing No. #6 ; Filing No. #7 ) are granted. While in forma pauperis status allows a plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the filing fee, the plaintiff remains liable for the full fees. Having screened the Complaint, the Court finds this action is subject to dismissal for lack of jurisdiction. Robinson and McNeil are granted leave to file an amended complaint by no later than Friday, July 28, 2023.
