Filing 13 Order - The plaintiff has moved for pauper status in this action which was dismissed as frivolous on June 20, 2023. The motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #12 , is granted to the extent that she is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Sixty-Six Dollars and Twelve Cents ($66.12).1 See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The plaintiff shall have through August 7, 2023, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. Because the plaintiff is currently being held at a state hospital pending a competency evaluation, the Court will not issue a collection order to collect the filing fee at this time.
