August 7, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER AGAIN DIRECTING CUSTODIAN TO SUBMIT TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT - The Court previously ordered the Delaware County Jail Commander to provide the Court with a certified copy of Plaintiff's trust account statement by July 25, 2023. Dkt. 8. That deadline has passed without response from the Jail Commander. The Court hereby ORDERS the Delaware County Sheriff or their designee to provide the Court with a certified copy of Plaintiff's trust account statement or Delaware County Jail's institutional equivalent for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on June 12, 2023, and to do so no later than Tuesday, August 21, 2023. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and should reference case number No. 1:23-cv- 01030-JMS-TAB (see Order for additional information). The clerk is directed to provide attorney Andrew Upchurch with a copy of this Order. Copy to Timothy S. Marcum, Delaware County Sheriff, Jail Commander and Andrew J. Upchurch via US Mail.
