ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's motions which the Court construes as requests for assistance obtaining his trust account, Dkts. 9-10. For the reasons explained below, these motions, #9 , #10 are GRANTED. The Court hereby ORDERS Sheriff Jerry Asher or his designee at the Howard County Jail to provide the Court with a certified copy of Mr. Johnson's trust account statement or Howard County Jail's institutional equivalent for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on June 16, 2023, and to do so no later than Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
