ORDER DISMISSING CASE AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - On June 23, 2023, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause by July 14, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed as duplicative of an earlier filed case, 1:23-cv-1094-JMS-MKK. Dkt. 6. That deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has not responded. Because the complaint filed in this case is identical with the "patently frivolous" complaint filed in -1094, this case is DISMISSED with prejudice for all the same reasons set forth in Judge Magnus- Stinson's Order, 1:22-cv-1094-JMS-MKK, docket no. 7. The Court also incorporates the warning regarding Plaintiff's frivolous filings and the possibility of sanctions. Id. All pending motions are DENIED as moot. Dkts. #2 , #3 .
