ORDER - Plaintiff Edwin N. Holmes filed this civil rights lawsuit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. The full filing fee has been paid and he is proceeding pro se. Mr. Holmes is notified that he is now responsible for serving the defendants pursuant to Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In particular, he may present a summons to the clerk for signature and seal. Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(b). "A summons must be served with a copy of the complaint. The plaintiff is responsible for having the summons and complaint served within [90 days]." Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c) and 4(m).
