Filing 5 ORDER: Mr. Taylor appears to be trying to create an end run around Judge Sweeney's directives in the criminal case, 2:22-cr-00006-JRS-CMM. In that case, Mr. Taylor's pro sedocuments have been repeatedly forwarded, unread, to his counsel. In addition, counsel has been instructed to "remind his client that he should not send letters/documents directly to the Court." Crim. Dkt. 102. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed without prejudice and the clerk is directed to close this case and forward a copy of the petition, dkt. #1 , and this Order to Mr. Taylor's defense counsel in United States v. Taylor, No. 2:22-cr-00006-JRS-CMM, consistent with the distribution portion of this Order. If Mr. Taylor wishes to challenge the conditions he faced while incarcerated at USP Terre Haute, he must file a civil rights lawsuit. The clerk is directed to enclose a blank prisoner civil rights complaint form with Mr. Taylor's copy of this Order, which he may use for such purpose.
