Filing 6 ENTRY GRANTING #2 MOTION FOR IFP STATUS AND SCREENING COMPLAINT: On August 16, 2023, Plaintiff Leroy Wayman Puckett moved for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Supporting that motion, he submitted an affidavit detailing his incomes and expenses. (Filing No. 2). Given that affidavit, the court finds Puckett is incapable of prepaying the filing fee. Accordingly, his motion to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. Accordingly, Puckett is hereby ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed with prejudice for being filed outside the limitations period imposed by the Washington legislature. He shall have until September 14, 2023, to file a response. Should he fail to do so, the court will consider him to have conceded that no facts justify tolling the statute of limitations. See Order.
