If any parties to the case are not registered CM/ECF users, the Clerk of the Court will mail the document via U.S. Postal Service on behalf of the inmate. Filing 9 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Isaac Lukes filed a "Verified Petition for Post-Conviction Relief" challenging his conviction in state court cause number 10C04-1610-F3-63, and it was opened as a habeas action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. Because it is unclear that Mr. Lukes intended to file the petition in this court, the Court makes the following rulings. Mr. Luke's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted. Accordingly, Mr. Lukes shall have through September 27, 2023, to show cause why this habeas petition should not be dismissed without prejudice for failure to exhaust his state court remedies or to move to dismiss his petition as being filed in this court in error.
