December 27, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ORDER - This matter is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Stay Proceedings or, in the Alternative, to Vacate Case Management Plan Requirement. [Dkt. #16 .] The motion is DENIED. However, the initial pretrial conference currently scheduled for January 10, 2024 is hereby CONTINUED to Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern). All other requirements of the Court's order scheduling the initial pretrial conference [Dkt. #15 ] remain in effect, except that section III(A) through (E) of the proposed CMP shall include the following deadlines: (See Order.) Defendants' motion for an extension of time to file their Answer to Plaintiffs' Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief [Dkt. #17 ] is GRANTED.
