| Filing 11 ENTRY GRANTING IFP STATUS AND SCREENING COMPLAINT - Wiley's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Filing No. #3 ) is GRANTED. Her motion for the court to accept IFP wage documents (Filing No. #9 ) is DENIED as MOOT. Wiley's complaint (Filing No. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice. The court GRANTS Wiley leave to amend her complaint, and thus her pending motions to amend pages of the complaint (Filing No. #8 ) and add defendants (Filing No. #10 ) are DENIED as MOOT. Wiley shall have through January 5, 2024, to file an amended complaint. Should Wiley fail to file an amended complaint within that period, the court will consider her to have abandoned this action, and the case will be dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute without further warning. If Wiley amends her complaint, she should include a section that specifies what particular claims she alleges against which particular defendants. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
