ENTRY and Order Screening Complaint and Directing Service - The claims against IUPUI, the Engineering & Technology Department, and Burns are dismissed. The Clerk shall terminate "Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis," the "Engineering & Technology Department IUPUI," and Debra Burns as defendants. The Clerk shall substitute "The Trustees of Indiana University" for the "IUPUI Board of Trustees" as a defendant. The ADEA claims are dismissed with prejudice. Because the Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) requires the Court to order service for him. The Clerk is designated under Rule 4(c)(3) to issue process to Defendants Trustees of Indiana University, Pamela Whitten, and Joseph Wallace in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, (ECF No. #1 ), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry and Order.
