ORDER Dismissing Complaint for Lack of Jurisdiction and Opportunity to Show Cause - #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED to the extent that Mr. Staggers is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Two Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Fifty-Seven Cents ($215.57). Mr. Staggers shall have through January 8, 2024, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. Mr. Staggers' complaint must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
