Mills cannot proceed on any claims against the Unidentified Employee because he has not alleged any specific actions taken by this defendant. The clerk is directed to terminate Unidentified Employee as a defendant on the docket. Mills cannot proceed on any of his claims at this time. He may address the deficiencies in his complaint by filing an amended complaint no later than January 10, 2024. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case without further notice.
