ORDER - DISH's Motion to Sever, (ECF No. 21), is granted and Drown's claim against DISH is severed into a separate action, and the Court on its own motion severs Drown's claim against OneMain Financial into a separate action. The Clerk is directed to open two new actions. In the action against OneMain Financial, the Clerk shall docket this Order and dkts. 1, 3, and 32. Within 30 days of the date of this Order, Drown shall file an amended complaint in each new action, setting forth only the claims against the single Defendant in that case. (See Order.)
