ORDER SCREENING THE COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING SERVICE - If Ms. Lee intends to pursue claims other than a Title VII claim, she must file an amended complaint with a short, plain statement of the other federal and state claims she asserts by March 15, 2024. Liberally construed, the allegations in the complaint are sufficient to plausibly assert a Title VII claim for racial discrimination against only Majestic Care. All other claims are DISMISSED and the Clerk is directed to terminate Mr. Krump, Mr. McGuinness, and Mr. Weldy from the docket. The CLERK IS DIRECTED to issue process to defendant Majestic Care.
