Filing 11 Order Screening Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings - Because Plaintiff is a "prisoner," this court has an obligation to screen the complaint before service on the defendants. This summary of claims includes all of the viable claims identified by the court. All other claims have been dismissed. If Plaintiff believes that additional claims were alleged in the complaint, but not identified by the court, she shall have through April 19, 2024, in which to identify those claims. The clerk is directed to terminate Defendant King as a defendant on the docket. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to Defendants Forrestal, Trinity, Baker, Solaja, Acambi, Bates, Jadrieh, Murray, and Taylor in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint filed on January 29, 2024, dkt #1 , Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction, dkt. #3 , applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Order. Defendants must respond to Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction, dkt. #3 , no later than the date they answer the complaint. They should not expect an extension of that deadline.
