Filing 30 ORDER - This case was filed on February 9, 2024. [Dkt. #1 ]. On February 12, 2024, the Clerk entered a Notice setting forth the parties' obligations pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1. [Dkt. #9 ]. On the same date, Judge Hanlon entered an Order on Jurisdiction, noting that the Complaint failed to provide sufficient information for the Court to determine that it has subject matter jurisdiction over this case because the Complaint fails to identify the members of Defendant CP Indy DT, LLC, and the citizenship of those members. Both Defendants shall take care to provide all of the information required by Rule 7.1. By April 5, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Jurisdictional Statement that provides all of the information necessary to confirm this Court's subject matter jurisdiction over this case, including the information set forth in Judge Hanlon's Order on Jurisdiction. In light of this ruling, Plaintiffs' motion for extension of time, [Dkt. #14 ], is DENIED ASMOOT. See Order for additional information. Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore on 3/19/2024.
