ORDER DISMISSING CASE - On February 16, 2024, the Court screened Ms. Harden's Complaint, dismissing her claims against the Indianapolis Police Department, Marion County Prosecutors, Erika Jones, and Jesus Soria, Jr. without prejudice. The Court permitted Ms. Harden's to file an amended complaint "by March 17, 2024." The deadline has passed, and Ms. Harden's has not filed an amended complaint.
