ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Class Action Complaint Dkt. #21 . The Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff's Class Action Complaint on or before April 25, 2024. In addition, the Court changes the time for the April 30, 2024, Telephonic Pretrial Conference from 3:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Eastern) on that same date. The parties shall file their proposed Case Management Plan on or before April 26, 2024. All other requirements of the Court's Scheduling Order Dkt. #21 remain in effect.
