ORDER - The Court ordered that Mr. Coatie would have through March 18, 2024 to pay the filing fee or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by filing a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, and that his failure to do so could result in the dismissal of this case. The March 18, 2024 deadline has passed and, as of March 28, 2024, Mr. Coatie has not paid the filing fee or filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis demonstrating that he lacks the financial ability to pay the filing fee, nor has he sought an extension of that deadline.
