ORDER ON MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME AND DIRECTING PLAINTIFF'S CUSTODIAN TO FORWARD CERTIFIED COPY OF INMATE TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT - The Court hereby ORDERS Sheriff Kerry Forestal or his designee at the Marion County Jail to provide the Court with a certified copy of Plaintiff's trust account statement or the Marion County Jail's institutional equivalent for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on February 27, 2024, and to do so no later than May 10, 2024. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and should reference case number No. 1:24-cv-00376-JPH-TAB. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time, dkt. [ #7 ], is granted to the extent that the Court has now ordered his custodian to file the required trust account statement. Given Plaintiff's upcoming transfer, the Court reminds him of his obligation to notify the Court of any address change within10 days of any change. Failure to keep the Court informed of his current address may result in the case being dismissed. See dkt. #6 . Copy to Plaintiff and Sheriff Kerry Forestal or Designee via US Mail.
