April 30, 2024 Filing 9 ORDER - Plaintiff filed a Complaint alleging diversity jurisdiction. However, Plaintiff did not properly plead Defendant's citizenship. The Court ordered Plaintiff to file an Amended Complaint. In her Amended Complaint, Plaintiff has again failed to properly allege diversity jurisdiction. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's Amended Complaint without prejudice. Plaintiff is GRANTED LEAVE to file a Second Amended Complaint by May 27, 2024, which addresses the issues outlined in this Order and properly alleges a basis for this Court's diversity jurisdiction.
