Filing 14 ORDER: The Court dismissed Plaintiff's case on April 12, 2024, after determining that the action was frivolous. That decision acknowledged that Plaintiff has a pattern of filing frivolous cases and continuing to file in closed cases. The Court warned Plaintiff that continuing to file frivolous cases and motions may result in sanctions, including a restriction on his ability to file in this Court. Despite that warning, Plaintiff filed a frivolous motion in this closed case. Specifically, Plaintiff filed a motion for this case--which is closed--to be heard by the presiding judge only.
