ORDER DENYING APPELLANTS' MOTION FOR A STAY PENDING APPEAL OF ORDER ON MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENAS - Appellants have appealed the Bankruptcy Court's denial of their motion to quash subpoenas issued to Apex Funds Services, Inc. Appellants seek an emergency stay of the Bankruptcy Court's order pending this Court's ruling on the appeal. Because Camshaft has not shown that it is likely to succeed on the merits or that it would suffer irreparable harm absent a stay, the motion for an emergency stay, dkt. 3 , is denied. (See Order.)
