ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 - Consistent with the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings for the United States District Court, this case will proceed along one of the three tracks: Track 1: The United States shall have through 9/30/2024, in which to file a motion to dismiss. Track 2:The United States shall have through 9/30/2024, to file a notice stating that this action will proceed on Track 2. The United States shall have through 12/9/2024, to answer the 28 U.S.C. Section 2255 motion. Track 3: If resolution of the motion will require discovery, and expanded record, and/or a hearing, the United States shall have through 9/30/2024, to file a motion for Discovery, to Expand the Record, and/or to Set an Evidentiary Hearing.
