[Filing No. #1 ; Filing No. #3 .] Ulta may not unilaterally change the name of the entity that Plaintiff has sued. Accordingly, in order to ensure that the docket is correct and that the parties are in agreement, the Court ORDERS the parties to confer and to file a Joint Notice by December 15, 2025 setting forth their positions regarding the correct name of the entity that Plaintiff intends to sue.
