ENTRY on Motion for Summary Judgment; For the reasons set forth in this Entry, the Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in its entirety, with one exception; it is DENIED with regard to Bolden's claim against Dr. Webster in his individual capacity with regard to his treatment of Bolden's diabetes prior to July 11, 2007. The Court requests that Magistrate Judge Hussman schedule a status conference with counsel at his earliest convenience to address the possibility of s ettlement and to ensure that all parties are aware of the pre-trial preparation deadlines set forth in Part VIII of the case management plan in this case.
