Filing 21 Entry Discussing Motion for Summary Judgment - Howard Ray Trapp, Jr. brings this action pursuant to the theory recognized in Bivens v. Six Unknown Federal Narcotics Agents, 403 U.S. 38 (1971) alleging that the defendants exhibited deliberate indiff erence to his serious medical needs. Arguing that Trapp failed to exhaust his available administrative remedies, the defendants move for summary judgment. The defendants' motion for summary judgment [dkt. 18] is granted.
