February 10, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 80 ORDER granting Dr. O'Brien's 76 Motion for Summary Judgment. Dr. O'Brien continuously evaluated and treated Mr. Williams's medical complaints. He did not ignore or disregard Mr. Williams's condition. He ordered the reco mmended tests and made a reasoned decision based on those tests.
