ORDER - On December 30, 2013, Defendant Stryker Corporation ("Stryker") removed Plaintiff's case from state to federal court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction. [Dkt. 1 at 2-3.] Stryker alleges that diversity of citizenship exi sts because it is a citizen of a different state than Plaintiff and that the requisite amount in controversy is present. the Court ORDERS the parties to file a joint jurisdictional statement by January 13, 2014, asserting Dr. Doe's citizenship for purposes of diversity jurisdiction. The Court ORDERS each party to show cause by January 24, 2014, why this action should not be remanded to state court. ( See Order.) Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 1/3/2014.(RSF)
