ORDER ON MOTION TO COMPEL - For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Production of Privilege Log Documents. [Dkt. 155 .] Specifically, the Court ORDERS the BOP to produce EMAIL0 0032796 and EMAIL00032836 on or before July 13, 2017. While Plaintiffs were largely unsuccessful on the instant Motion, the Court recognizes that a number of their challenges appeared stronger when the Motion was filed based upon the BOP's earlier privilege log. The Court therefore declines to award fees to either party under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(a)(5)(C) ***SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***. Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J.
