Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. This Entry and the accompanying Judgment shall also be entered on the docket in the underlying criminal action, No. 2:11-cr-0005-JMS-CMM-1. Given the rulings in this case Delaney's Rule 35 motion to correct illegal sentence [dkt. 72] is denied. The Court therefore denies a certificate of appealability. (See Entry.)
