Filing 36 ORDER ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - Presently pending before the Court is Defendant City of Terre Haute (the "City") and Defendant Mayor Duke Bennett's ("Mayor Bennett") (collectively, "Defendants&q uot;) Motion for Summary Judgment. 23 Defendants ask this Court to enter summary judgment in their favor on all of pro se Plaintiff Carlton D. Malone's employment discrimination claims. 24 Mr. Malone opposes the pending motion. 31 For the following reasons, the Court grants Defendants' motion and enters summary judgment in favor of Defendants on all of Mr. Malone's claims. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. 23 Final judgment in favor of Defendants shall issue accordingly. (See Order.)
