ENTRY Dismissing Case and Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Accordingly, the defendant's motion to dismiss [dkt. 42 ] is granted. The action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(b). The plaintiff's pending motions, both o f which are discovery motions regarding the video of the incident, [dkts. 47 , 49 ] are denied as moot.
