ENTRY Assessing Initial Partial Filing Fee, Dismissing Complaint, And Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - The plaintiff's 2 motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Fourteen Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($14.67). He shall have through May 2, 2016, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. If the plaintiff fails to pay this initial partial payment by the deadline, the action may be dismissed fo r failure to prosecute, without further notice. The complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted as a matter of law and is therefore dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The plaintiff shall have through May 2, 2016, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. If the plaintiff fails to show cause or seek leave to amend, the action will be dismissed for the reasons set forth in this Entry without further notice. (See Entry.)
