Order Granting Motion for Summary Judgment And Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Plaintiff James Gilman, an inmate at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility ("Wabash"), brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging tha t his Eighth Amendment rights have been violated because he received inadequate medical care for his knee pain while incarcerated. The defendants' motion for summary judgment, dkt. 159 , is granted. Judgment consistent with this Order and the Order of August 10, 2016, (dkt. 8 ) screening Mr. Gilman's complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, shall now issue. (See Order.) Signed by Judge James R.
