Order Granting Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment And Directing Entry of Final Judgment - Plaintiff Jurijus Kadamovas is a federal inmate currently incarcerated in the Special Confinement Unit (SCU) of the Terre Haute U.S. Penitentiar y (USP-TH) in Terre Haute, Indiana. Mr. Kadamovas has not identified a genuine issue of material fact as to his claims in this case and the defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Therefore, the defendants' motion for summary judgment, Dkt. No. 92 , is granted. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. (See Order.) Copy to Plaintiff via U.S. Mail. Entry Discussing Complaint, Dismissing Insufficient Claims, And Directing Service of Process - Any claims asserted against the unnamed officers or staff are dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
