Entry Dismissing Amended Complaint for Lack of Jurisdiction - The plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis [dkt. 6 ] is granted. The assessment of even a partial filing fee is not feasible at this time. The amended complaint ( like the original complaint) fails to contain a legally viable claim over which this Court could exercise subject matter jurisdiction and this action is dismissed.
