ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION - The Magistrate Judge submitted his Report and Recommendation on Defendant Economical Mutual Insurance Company's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment (Dkt. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS - Based on the foregoing, the Court finds that it may exercise specific personal jurisdiction over Economical in Indiana. As such, the Magistrate Judge recommends Economical Mutual Insurance Company's Motion to D ismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment [Dkt. 59 ] be DENIED. Any objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation shall be filed with the Clerk in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b), and failure to timely file objections within fourteen days after service shall constitute a waiver of subsequent review absent a showing of good cause for such failure (SEE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
