The claims against Dr. Byrd and Nurse Hobson are dismissed with prejudice. Consistent with this ruling, the clerk shall terminate Dr. Byrd and Nurse Hobson as defendants. The clerk is directed to update the names of the Medical Defendants' names on the docket to Dr. Samuel Byrd and Nurse Kimberly Hobson. The clerk is directed to update Mr. Knighten's address consistent with the distribution portion of this Entry. No partial final judgment shall issue at this time. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
